pALD-CV77-Luciferase Reporter
Consistent with the pALD-CV77 cloning backbone, Aldevron offers a pre-made reporter construct, pALD-CV77-Luciferase, which has several advantages:
- Commercially available sequence for research through clinical use
- Kanamycin resistance
- Consistent, reliable supply
- Immediately available at research grade
- Available in 100ug free sample vials, 5mg vials and 10mg vials, research grade only
gWiz Reporter Plasmids
The gWiz plasmids are designed for a wide range of mammalian cells and tissues. They contain a modified promoter, followed by intron A from the CMV immediate early gene, and an artificial transcription terminator. These ready-to-use plasmids can be applied directly to most in vitro and in vivo applications.
Each gWiz plasmid is ready to ship stocked at 5mg/mL in water enabling you to easily adjust to the buffer of your choice. Common features of the gWiz plasmids include:
- In vitro or in vivo gene expression
- CMV IE promoter
- Intron A
- Artificial transcription terminator
- Kanamycin resistance
- Available in 5mg and 10mg vials, research grade only
